I haven't shared much of my own story on this "oh-so-public" blog, but about two years after graduating college, I lost just over thirty pounds by making some major changes in my lifestyle. I changed up the exercise routine and also used Weight Watchers to drop some pounds. Five years later I'm still at my goal weight and shockingly the changes have stuck.
In an effort to share some of the love, and help out all of you who think "this is your year!" I'm going to share some tips and tricks that have worked for me over the years. Know that I'm not going to tell you to run five miles a day or start eating only tofu. I'm just going to share the small things I do everyday to remind me to stay on track. Remember, your resolution will only work if you remember it in March, then July, and then all the way into next October. Stick with it and you'll see progress!
Whenever you see this real chazzy clip art I whipped up, you'll know a "Quick Fit Tip" is coming. It won't be every week on the same day, and it probably won't even be every week. Because I am forgetful. And this is my blog, so I can do whatever I want :)

I just laughed so hard when I read "steal my spot in step class!" LOL... They can steal my spot in that God Awful class all they want, but I am a little bitter that Zumba's going to be rediculously crowded! Looking forward to your tips!
